Preschool Registration
To register your child, please obtain a Registration Form via downloadfrom the church office or email Candice Croker, JMS Director, at Return this form with the $200 Registration and Supply Fee (this amount is fully refundable up until April 15th 2019). This fee includes a t-shirt for your child.
Returning families to JMS may drop off or mail in registration forms/fees starting Feb 5, 2019. New families to our school may drop off or mail in registration forms starting Mar 5. 2019. Registration closes as each class is filled. A waiting list is maintained from which openings are filled as they occur.


Tuition Payments
Monthly tuition payments of $275 are due on the first day of each month. You may make your check payable to Johnson Memorial School.
Medical Certificates
Medical certificates will be required of all children before the first class day. A template for this purpose, to be signed by a physician, will be sent with a Welcome Packet the first week of August. What is needed:
1) A physicians statement authorizing a child to come to school
2) Current immunization record.
3) Hearing/Vision test results (if your child is four years old by September 1st, 2019).
4) Emergency action plan (for students with allergies).
