Preschool Registration

Registration:

To register your child, please obtain a Registration Form from the church office or call Ginger Garwood, JMS Director, at 713-686-2300.

Return this form with the $100 Registration and Supply Fee. This fee includes a t-shirt for your child. Registration closes as each class is filled. A waiting list is maintained from which openings are filled as they occur.

Tuition Payments:

Monthly tuition payments of $200 are due on or before the first day of each month. You may make your check payable to Johnson Memorial School.

Medical Certificates:

Medical certificates will be required of all children. A form for this purpose, to be signed by a physician, will be sent with a letter of acceptance during the summer.
